Green Lemonade (serves
1)
1 head of romaine lettuce or celery
5 to 6 stalks of kale
2 Fuji apples
1 lemon, unpeeled
Run all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy!

Tropical Sunrise (serves 1-2)
1 mango
1 orange
1/2 pomegranate
Remove the pit from the mango and peel the orange.
Juice them together and pour into glasses. Peel the
pomegranate, reserve 1 tbsp of the seeds, and juice the
rest. Pour into the orange and mango juice and sprinkle
with the reserved pomegranate seeds.
Fruity Refresher (serves 1-2)
1/2 peach
1 small apple
1/2 kiwi fruit
1/2 cup green grapes
1/4 of a honey dew melon
Halve and pit the peach. Juice all fruit, stir and serve.
One of the Girls
(serves 1)
1 apple
1 large carrot
1 celery stalk
1/2 fennel bulb
1/2 tsp flaxseeds
Juice the apple, carrot, and fennel together. Pour
into glass and sprinkle with flax seeds then serve.
This super juice promotes female hormone balance
and is a great treatment for PMS. It also has a calming
effect on digestion, and is good for reducing bloating
and flatulence.
Chicken-Less Noodle Soup (serves 4)
4 cups daikon juice (1 large daikon)
1 cup of pure water
2 TBSP of fresh lemon juice
3 ribs celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/4 cup okra, sliced
1/4 cup chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onion, diced
3 medium zucchini, peeled and made into noodles
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Using a juicer, juice the daikon. Set
aside. In a food processor, slice carrots and celery and
place in large serving bowl. Slice green onions, okra and
mushrooms by hand and add to carrots and celery. Peel
zucchini and strip into thin slices (like wide egg
noodles) with a vegetable peeler or a Spirooli® slicer for skinny noodles. Add to a serving
bowl. Toss all ingredients
to mix. In a blender, combine the daikon juice, water,
lemon juice, seasonings and blend. Pour over ingredients
in serving bowl. Serve with RAWphoriaLIVE® tomato basil or
jalapeno flax crackers.
